Class Size and Composition Process Workshop
BCPSEA is pleased to offer the following learning opportunity to school district staff.
This one day ‘train the trainers’ session is intended to provide school district representatives (senior education and/or human resource staff members) with an up to date overview of current class size and composition requirements at the school and district level, recommendations for completing the September consultation process including determination of appropriate for student learning, post-September requirements for districts, and lessons learned from recent arbitration decisions. The day’s agenda is appropriate for all school districts and should help to prepare you for consultation and reporting processes this fall as well as providing insight for upcoming provincial arbitration process. The format of the presentations will include opportunities for group interaction, role modeling and practice.
