BCPSEA produces a number of publications as resources to assist districts with their human resource management. These include a newsletter, a variety of bulletins on emergent labour relations and other human resource issues, and self-help practitioners’ guides on specific matters related to human resources in the K-12 public education sector.

NewsLink is our primary written publication. Its purpose is to provide updates and information, and to offer insight into the issues that affect the management of human resources in the sector. NewsLink has a variety of audiences including school trustees, district staff, MLAs, government staff, and other organizations.

Emergent Bulletins

Our emergent bulletins are generally distributed by e-mail to all school boards as issues arise (these bulletins are also available on our website). Some are more reference-based for practitioners, others are more time-sensitive for both trustees and district staff.
