Collective Agreement Administration
BCPSEA provides advice and assistance with interpretation and application of the provisions of the local collective agreements in BC's public school districts. BCPSEA and school district staff meet regularly with representatives of BC support staff unions as part of the Support Staff Education and Adjustment Committee. BCPSEA also appoints employer representatives to the Public Education Benefits Trust.
